Triangle unveils EffeXWinter TW421

Triangle Tyre has launched the EffeXWinter TW421, a directional ultra-high-performance (UHP) winter tyre engineered for safety, precision, and comfort in winter conditions. Developed after “extensive” research and development in Europe, the TW421 combines advanced materials and innovative design to cater to sports cars, premium saloons, and high-performance SUVs.

The EffeXWinter TW421 features a V-shaped directional tread pattern paired with an advanced compound, for superior grip and shorter braking distances on wet, snowy, and icy surfaces. The tyre’s new sipe technology enhances traction in harsh winter conditions, while rigid tread blocks improve stability and steering precision.

Additionally, the incorporation of new polymer materials reportedly enables consistent performance across a wide range of temperatures, balancing safety with driving enjoyment.

The new tyre will be available in 50 sizes from 17 to 20 inches during its initial rollout, the TW421 strengthens Triangle’s winter tyre portfolio, positioning the company to capture growing demand in the premium and performance vehicle segments.
