Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 2 tyre offers 20% more mileage than Michelin

Goodyear claims its new EfficientGrip Performance 2 can achieve 50 per cent higher mileage than its predecessor and 20 per cent better mileage than Michelin. The claims are based on tests conducted by TÜV SÜD, which also found that the EfficientGrip Performance 2 had the shortest braking distances on wet and dry roads compared to leading competitors.

Evidence from a number of sources agrees – UK drivers are increasingly choosing all-season tyres. Earlier this month, GfK data found that all-season tyre sales have shot up 19 per cent in terms of value and 13 per cent in terms of volume during 2019.
