Hankook’s Dynapro range engineered for 4×4 performance

Hankook is underlining the position its Dynapro range holds in the 4×4 market. According to the company, these tyres are designed to deliver exceptional performance across diverse terrains and weather conditions.

The Dynapro series includes the Dynapro MT2, Dynapro AT2, and the newly introduced Dynapro AT2 Xtreme and caters specifically to SUVs, vans, and 4×4 vehicles.

The Dynapro MT2, an all-season off-road tyre, is engineered for extreme adventures. Designing with 3D simulation software, its Terrain Strike Tread Design features what is described as an “aggressive”, high-void tread pattern optimized for superior grip on mud, dirt, rock, sand, and gravel. The tyre’s construction includes sidewall puncture protectors to withstand rough terrain and integrated mud and stone ejectors to maintain traction by clearing debris.

Additionally, the MT2’s advanced tread design minimizes rolling noise while ensuring resilience across challenging landscapes. Building on the success of the Dynapro AT2, the Dynapro AT2 Xtreme aims to elevate all-terrain performance. This next-generation tyre features an enhanced shoulder design for improved off-road traction and fortified sidewall protection to guard against cuts and abrasions in demanding conditions. Certified with the 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) symbol, the AT2 Xtreme is also designed to offer reliable performance in harsh winter conditions.
